Zomwave has established a complete internal customer information conversion system, organizational measures, and technical support to protect the integrity and confidentiality of the information and intellectual property provided by customers. It also restricts Zomwave's suppliers (third parties) from accessing, disclosing, destroying, losing, or altering information without authorization, and you can sign an agreement emphasizing confidentiality and intellectual property protection clauses at any time.
Zomwave promises not to use counterfeit and shoddy products, nor to participate in the production of counterfeit and shoddy products, including but not limited to outsourced raw materials, standard parts, or related third-party processing.
Zomwave complies with applicable export control regulations and all international sanctions and restrictive business practices, and is ready to provide relevant true information and commitment documents when needed.

For any disputes or claims arising from cooperation or terms between Zomwave and its customers, Zomwave is willing to comply with the ICC Arbitration Rules, as well as the relevant provisions of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) and EU foreign trade regulations and policies. All agreements of Zomwave are always intended to protect the interests of partners, clarify the responsibilities and obligations of both parties, and ensure the smooth and safe progress of cooperation.
